Trivia Question❓Echinacea, one of the best-selling herbal supplements in the United States, is native to North America and was widely used by how many different Indigenous tribes for medicinal purposes before European settlers adopted it? Answer at the bottom of the newsletter |
Bluetooth Radiation Hazards & Antibiotic Disrupting Mitochondrial Function |
But I bet you don't take those antibiotics anyway ;) So much to write about and so little time, if you could only see all the articles that are in my "research que" but suffice it to say there's some great new stuff coming up.
The feedback has been great on that Rife microscope article which is great to hear, but much more to come. Maybe the shorter days put me back into "writing mode" but videos also!
Last week I said each newsletter would "focus" on one article, you are getting two this week! The "focus" was on the Bluetooth article but if you've heard of the cipro antibiotic or interested in mitochondrial health, you'll find the other article quite interesting as well
Still working on a bunch of new videos but none of them are ready quite yet since it's more like a full set to be completed at once.
As mentioned last week our B17 Chocolate is back in stock and ready for shipping! I also have a phenomenal new supplement that's been my "secret health booster" for the last decade, seriously powerful. It really hasn't been that secret but now it's just a secret until we get the boxes back from the printer ;)
Thanks so much for reading and hope you enjoy this week's newsletter.

The radiofrequency limits that govern every phone, router, and earbud in the United States were adopted on August 1, 1996, built on a standard the industry itself helped write. In August 2021 the D.C. Circuit found the FCC's refusal to update them for effects other than cancer arbitrary and capricious, and sent the question back.
Five years on, the limits are unchanged. Much of the newer peer-reviewed work, most of it European, keeps finding biological effects below the thresholds the 1996 framework treats as inert. The one lever you control is distance. Read More... |

Joke Of The Day |
My aunt swears she doesn't need doctors because she gets all her healing from the sun — pure, natural solar radiation, free of charge. Which is a bold stance from a woman who microwaves her tea and then stands across the kitchen like it owes her money. |

I've now had a Blushield device in my home for over a year and it's not a coincidence that literally everyone that visits comments about how relaxed the energy is at the house.

Quote Of The Day |
It is often thought that medicine is the curative process. It is no such thing. Medicine is the surgery of functions, as surgery proper is that of limbs and organs. Neither can do anything but remove obstructions; neither can cure. Nature alone cures. Surgery removes the bullet out of the limb, which is an obstruction to cure, but nature heals the wound. So it is with medicine: it assists nature to remove the obstruction, but does nothing more. And what nursing has to do is to put the patient in the best condition for nature to act upon him. — Florence Nightingale |

In 2018 Europe restricted fluoroquinolone antibiotics over disabling, potentially permanent side effects. The FDA spent six years adding warnings and changed no prescribing rule. Seven years on, it still hasn’t.
Fluoroquinolone antibiotics, the class that includes ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, and moxifloxacin, are the clearest version of that lag I have come across in a long time. Two drug regulators, the European Medicines Agency and the US Food and Drug Administration, looked at essentially the same body of evidence over the same decade. One of them changed what a doctor is legally allowed to prescribe. The other added another warning line to the label.
The thing is, this is not a story about a shady supplement or a cure somebody is supposedly hiding from you. Fluoroquinolones are real, FDA-approved, enormously prescribed antibiotics that genuinely save lives in serious infections. That is exactly what makes the divergence worth taking seriously. If the mechanism behind the injury is real (and the newest research says it is, down to the specific proteins involved), then the question of who gets to keep prescribing it the old way, and why, becomes a story about regulatory nerve, not just drug safety in the abstract.
Why Your Mitochondria Can't Tell This Drug Apart From a Bacterium
Here is the piece most people never get told. Mitochondria, the structures inside nearly every cell in your body that generate its usable energy, descend from free-living bacteria that got absorbed into larger cells roughly two billion years ago (if you believe that history). This is called the endosymbiotic theory, and it is settled biology for what that's worth, just badly under-taught biology. Mitochondria still carry their own small loop of DNA, and they still run some of the same enzyme machinery bacteria use to manage that DNA.
Fluoroquinolones work by jamming a bacterial enzyme called topoisomerase (think of it as the bacterium's DNA repair tool), which a bacterium needs to unwind and repair its DNA before it can divide. Jam the enzyme, the bacterium cannot copy itself, and the infection clears. Of course, if your own mitochondria run a cousin version of that same enzyme machinery (and they do), the drug does not automatically know the difference between the invader and your own cells.
